Today I would like to share with you some amazing tips and tricks to last longer

Premature ejaculation is most often described as being an inability to delay
ejaculation to a point when it is mutually desirable for both partners. It is
totally subjective.
Some men ejaculate prior to intercourse. Some men ejaculate immediately on
entering their partner, or very shortly after. Rather than experiencing a high
degree of orgasmic intensity with the ejaculation, the man has more of a
discharge temporarily releasing a state of elevated sexual tension. Orgasm is
experienced at a low level.
You can prevent premature ejaculation, if you try these tips on a regular basis.
It is important to know that orgasm and ejaculation are two different
physiological events in the body.
Some men have developed a degree of voluntary control. This means they are able
to experience high levels of pleasure and arousal for whatever length of time
desired. You come when you choose.
THE TRICKS TO LASTING LONGER
1. Relax and increase your body awareness
2. Focus on pleasure in sex, rather than sexual performance.
3. Increase awareness of your sexual arousal.
4. Extend your sexual arousal to higher levels.
5. Master your sexual arousal consistently at higher levels.
6. Slow down.
7. Become accustomed to a steady level of intense arousal.
THE TIPS TO LASTING LONGER
Slow down.
Give everything time.
Deepen your breathing.
Let go of expectations.
Focus on pleasure in sex rather than the sex act or outcome.
Increase knowledge of your body.
Increase knowledge of your body and your partner's body.
Reframe sex as a nurturing healing act.
Let go of performance anxiety.
Feel your body from within.
Be present.
