Let's talk about the art of sex . . . I have been noticing over the last few
weeks what a tremendous difference it makes the way you think about sex.
And your attitude and approach to sex.
We all have the deepest craving for sex rooted in the core of our being.
The whole of humanity exists because of sex.
Even though it may be condemned and concealed, it cannot be suppressed.
Sex is the driving force of creation.
It is the driving force of every living thing, including YOU!
The art of sex is about experiencing the subtle levels of sexual experience.
What does that mean?
And what does that have to do with lasting longer you might ask?
The dictionary says "subtle" means evasive, mysterious, deep,
profound, refined,
exquisite.
In the 21st century life-style the subtle has become more and more elusive in
all
activities. Allowing yourself to be overridden by the daily stress of living is
the surest way to kill your deepest sexual expression. Sexual expression is your
key to great health and happiness.
Do you make time for sex? Or you do you care?
Have you stopped educating yourself about sex?
Have you given up?
Why keep settling for less?
To me when I recall, reflect on, remember in my body, and my body still
remembers, the deepest most fulfilling exquisite sexual experiences have been
and
continue to be when my partner is completely present with me. That is when my
partner embodies the epitome of male sexual attractiveness.
He is not trying to do something to me, or at me, or make some disconnected
actions that he thinks he should do. He is allowing my total opening up to him
as
a woman, to be his guide. He is allowing, and guiding, the sexual energy and
actions to unfold spontaneously.
There is a free, fierce, wild, boundless, archetypal, unsocialized quality that
is expressed and experienced.
When you totally let go of an outcome and simply revel in being in the most
juiciest, intimate, vibrant, alive, sexual space together, it doesn't matter who
is coming when.
Simply choose to stay in the sexual space together for however long you can.
When you can truly surrender into the space you can fully experience the art of
sex.
This is the profound pleasure of a deep dynamic sexual life.
I call it erotic intelligence.
Your body rejoices when it feels truly touched, recognized, celebrated,
worshipped.
That is when your body reveals its true nature as a shimmering, radiant field of
vibrating energy.
Yummy!
Lasting longer is all about being with your partner.
Rather than trying to do something to your partner.
And women are just as uneducated in the art of sex.
Why keep repeating the same old thing?
Why keep repeating the same approach?
Why be stuck in the same old mindset?
Are you addicted to routine, duty, obligation?
Have you suppressed your full sexual expression?
Long term pain for short term pleasure sucks.
How you are sexual in bed reflects how present you are in the outside world.
